Hello! I'm Jenny Saucerman. I'm an eLearning instructional designer with a focus on simulation and game-based eLearning. I create eLearning using a variety of tools and write and speak about my work. One of my specialities is creating non-traditional assessments as alternatives to multiple-choice exams.

What i do
Course Development
I develop courses from start to finish. I start with a needs analysis, review any provided materials, conduct a subject matter expert interview, write and develop visual assets for the course, and deliver the entire course package in the preferred LMS format.
Project Management
It takes a village to build a great eLearning course. I manage communication among freelance course developers, script writers, voice actors, SMEs, and editors to ensure timely delivery of a high quality product.
